Primary Responsibilities

As a Senior Care Assistant Nights, your daily activities and key performance areas will include:

  • Shift Leadership: Actively lead, supervise, and organize your night shift team, ensuring work tasks are appropriately allocated and delegated.

Candidate Requirements
