Primary Responsibilities
As a Freelance Web Designer, your daily activities and key performance areas will include:
- Landing Page Design: Build high-converting one-pagers, pitch-style landing pages, and marketing websites based on raw text copy, outlines, or preliminary drafts.
- Responsive Layouts: Translate social media visuals and core brand assets into structured, responsive web components optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop viewports.
- Developer Handoff: Package production-ready files in Figma—organizing frames, exporting assets, and detailing precise design specs for developers or no-code tools (Webflow, Framer).
- Cross-Platform Consistency: Enforce visual harmony across interactive web pages, static marketing PDFs, and social media media kits.
- Quality Verification: Audit design layouts systematically to ensure proper white space, clean typography, visual hierarchy, and responsiveness prior to project delivery.
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Professional Experience: At least 2 years of proven web design, UI design, digital marketing design, or visual communications experience.
- Figma Mastery: Deep proficiency in Figma, including scalable web layouts, auto-layout components, and comprehensive design system management.
