Primary Responsibilities
As a Front-End Developer, your daily activities and key performance areas will include:
- UI/UX Optimization: Dedicate 80% of workflows to active web design initiatives, building modern, accessible layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile displays.
- E-Commerce Engineering: Maintain, upgrade, and enhance the primary corporate e-commerce site and password-protected consultant hubs utilizing the Sitefinity Content Management System.
- Responsive Development: Translate approved mobile-first Figma prototypes into semantic, production-ready frontend code using the Bootstrap CSS framework.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with digital marketing managers, graphic designers, communications directors, and backend engineering teams to deploy cohesive, brand-aligned features.
- Quality Assurance & Auditing: Perform rigorous cross-browser testing, code debugging, and regular site audits to discover and repair outdated material, layout inconsistencies, or navigation friction.
- Operational Availability: Participate in a scheduled on-call rotation to manage urgent web messaging alerts for the global consultant network.
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Educational Background: Possession of a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of verified front-end development experience specializing in responsive HTML/CSS structures and web image/video optimization.
